At Fivers, we strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Shipping times vary based on location and selected shipping method.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Fivers is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply for orders returned due to incorrect addresses.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Customized, personalized, or final-sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
